Prescriptions
Please follow the guidelines and choose the right option for you.
Ordering a repeat prescription
Please allow 5 working days from ordering your prescription to collecting it from your chosen pharmacy.
We issue prescriptions for over 15,000 medicines every month. We need to ensure they are processed by the doctor and pharmacist who know you best.
Collecting your prescription from the pharmacy means you can ask them medication related questions and gives our reception staff time to answer phones and assist with queries.
Use online services
The easiest way to order your prescription is by using our online services.
Online form
If you're not registered with our online services, you can use our online form
Order your repeat prescription via our online Repeat Prescription form. No account required.

Minor ailments scheme
Our local pharmacists can give you advice about minor ailments. This includes cough/cold remedies, painkillers, treatment for rashes, lice, scabies, indigestion, hay fever and anti-allergic remedies.
We work closely with our pharmacist colleagues and they ask advice from us if you have symptoms that they can’t treat.
