Days of work: Wednesday and Thursday

I moved from England to Edinburgh to study medicine in 2011 and I didn't want to leave! I worked in Lothian and Fife as a junior doctor. I've been working as a GP in Penicuik since January 2024. I have additional training in contraceptive implants and joint injections, and an interest in education and end of life care. You may see me cycling to the practice or out on home visits.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, running, and being part of the leadership of my church in Edinburgh. I am studying for a theological degree alongside my medical work.
